Identify and generate leads for auto loan customers through field visits, dealership contacts, and market sources
Build and maintain strong relationships with local auto dealers, DSA, and other business partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets of loan disbursements
Collect and verify customer documents and ensure adherence to credit policies
Coordinate with Credit and Operations team for smooth file processing
Monitor competition activities and report market trends
Attend periodic training, review meetings, and update CRM/ERP systems as required
Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any stream
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Auto Loans, NBFC, or Financial Products)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel locally
Basic computer knowledge and smartphone usage
