Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ankleshwar
Industry: NBFC / Financial Services / Automotive Finance
Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for auto loan customers through field visits, dealership contacts, and market sources

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local auto dealers, DSA, and other business partners

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets of loan disbursements

  • Collect and verify customer documents and ensure adherence to credit policies

  • Coordinate with Credit and Operations team for smooth file processing

  • Monitor competition activities and report market trends

  • Attend periodic training, review meetings, and update CRM/ERP systems as required


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any stream

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Auto Loans, NBFC, or Financial Products)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel locally

  • Basic computer knowledge and smartphone usage
