Responsibilities

Design Oversight: Lead or coordinate the design process for water and piping projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
Team Leadership and Management: Supervise and direct multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, contractors, and other personnel involved in the project.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication and liaise with clients, government agencies, contractors, suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain high standards of quality for design and construction, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry regulations.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular project reports to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
On-Site Supervision: Oversee and execute repair, maintenance, and installation activities on water pumping stations, distribution systems, and related equipment.
