Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Field Executive to join our team. The role involves on-ground activities such as client visits, data collection, market research, product promotion, or field sales depending on the department's requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned areas/clients/customers for field activities.
Maintain records of client visits and reports.
Promote and explain company products/services during visits.
Coordinate with the internal team for updates and reporting.
Ensure timely completion of field tasks and reporting.
Build and maintain relationships with clients or local stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass / Graduate (as per requirement).
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if required).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the city or region.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Skills:
Local area knowledge.
Experience in field sales/marketing/logistics/surveys is a plus.
Basic smartphone or tech usage skills.
